ADAM CASTLE
I am an artist, curator, creative producer, and lecturer.

I won the Leadership Award at the Creative Edinburgh Awards 2016 for my work on Pollyanna and EAMIF. “This award recognises an outstanding individual for their leadership and contribution to their sector, or the creative industries as a whole.

Pollyanna
I am the founder and director of Pollyanna, where I hosts live cabaret shows as my drag creature alterego Pollyfilla, and collaboratively create projects blending moving image and cabaret.

Films
I create musical artist films, that use song and dance to explore themes including queer lives and medical diagnosis.

EAMIF
I founded and directed the Edinburgh Artists’ Moving Image Festival, a festival event celebrating video art, experimental film and films made by artists.

Creative Producer / Curator
I produce and curate cultural projects across the UK including festivals, exhibitions, moving image projects and training events.
